#723 Regular Touch..

A woman who’s comfortable in her own skin turns heads, lights up a room, and doesn’t apologize for who she is. She can face whatever life throws her way with humor, candor, and dignity (even if she sheds some tears in the process).

This is a woman who knows how to stay connected with herself through thick and thin.
As a woman this is everything that we hope for, but for some reality is quite the opposite. There are some women who are currently struggling and in pain with body image issues – feeling uncomfortable in their body. The truth is, they are not living the life they really want to live. It’s really holding them back from living a life with passion blocking them from going after what they want and keeping it!

I really understand it, as I hid for many years behind my own body image issues that left me feeling so uncomfortable in my own skin. As a teen, people used to call me blue. I had very fair skin and almost porcelain white in appearance. I felt like there was something wrong with me, with all my tanned friends. Going to the beach was a nightmare, I would burn within 10 minutes, and would curse the Australian sun, and the many memory of not giving damn and burning like a french fry, just to get some colour.

When you reconnect with yourself regularly, your entire being becomes more sustainable, vibrant, joyful, tender, and fierce. Why? Because you know who you are at the deepest level possible and you make it a priority to reconnect with that deep part of yourself.

Here are four ways to free yourself and move away from body image issues and into full freedomWhere you love your body, have sweet love for you, you allow much bigger successes to come to you:

1. Stand in the bathroom and yes look at yourself in the mirror. Don't focus on the parts you don't like but admire the parts you do. Your body is completely beautiful allow yourself to own this and stop denying it. It may not be where you want it to be, For now though, see your beauty.

2. Your body is brilliant and takes care of all things for you. Honor it. Respect it. Fuel it and listen to it. You are a beautiful woman, and you should be proud of who you are.

3. Make peace and be Free. Your body is a beautiful vessel that carries your soul.

4. When you obsess about your body image, ask yourself this question: “What is it that I really want in my life that I do not yet have and why am I holding myself back?”
